With Bryony you will explore meditation, conscious breathing, and water-based intention-setting techniques, connecting with the natural rhythms of the moon and the flow of water.

• Gentle journaling prompts for insight and clarity

With Jo’s gentle guidance, you’ll be encouraged to follow your intuition as you work with the materials provided to create your own Flora and Fauna Crescent Moon–inspired arrangement to take home. No previous experience is needed — just an open heart and a curious spirit.
