A Farewell Garden by Driftwood and Daisies
With over 30 years in floristry, my work today is largely centred around teaching and sharing my love of flowers through my flower school in Fareham, Hampshire. Yet I have always felt a deep connection to creating farewell flowers, and very recently, have found myself drawn back to making beautiful, natural coffin sprays for those final moments of goodbye.
I now dedicate myself exclusively to creating double-ended coffin sprays and funeral sheaves for families across Fareham, Gosport, Portchester, Lee-on-the-Solent and surrounding Hampshire areas. By focusing on these two styles of tribute, I can give each arrangement my complete care and attention.
Every funeral tribute is created with sensitivity and intention, choosing flowers that truly reflect the person being remembered — their character, their story and their life. Each stem is placed with natural fluidity, allowing the arrangement to move softly and gently as it is carried.
I think of each piece as part of a farewell garden — a personal and meaningful tribute where the beauty and life of flowers honour a life lived. Getting this right matters deeply to me. It is a quiet privilege to create something so significant, made with the utmost care, respect and thoughtfulness.
Below are a selection of funeral tributes and coffin sprays I have created over the years. As a guide, a length of 3–5 feet creates a beautifully balanced design, with prices starting from £65 per foot depending on your choice of flowers.
I can also dress wicker coffins at their place of rest, and if you would prefer your funeral flower design to be fully sustainable or biodegradable, please do get in touch.
Many flowers are available year-round, so if there is something meaningful you would like included within the tribute, I will always do my best to source it for you.

I used Driftwood and Daisies to arrange our families floral tribute for our Aunts funeral casket. We were not local so everything had to be done by email and phone. The service provided by the owner – Jo Parker - was prompt, efficient and very helpful. The flowers were beautiful and the photos of them provided for us as we could not attend the funeral were excellent.
